Requirements

• THE BUYER must be the card owner.

Responsibility of card issuer

• Card issuer becomes the middle party to execute the transaction between THE BUYER and VNF (by debiting card owner the transferred amount to VNF)

• Card issuer only makes payment with the order (given that it is valid) if the card owner has sufficient balance

• It is the card issuer’s responsibility to settle the amount of the order equivalent to the counterpart of THE BUYER

• In case there is a dispute between THE BUYER and VNF, card issuer should follow the terms and condition which both THE BUYER and VNF agreed, or the authority.

Responsibility of VNF

• VNF reserves the right to complain to the card issuer if the transaction is ineligible.

• Balance credit is notified

• VNF must ensure that the goods to be delivered to THE BUYER

Responsibility of THE BUYER

• THE BUYER reserves the right to complain to the card issuer if the payment is not cleared as required

• THE BUYER reserves the right to complain to VNF unless the goods are delivered upon THE BUYER requested

• THE BUYER must work with the card issuer and VNF to resolve all the mentioned.
