On December 23, 2025, the two parties officially entered into a strategic partnership with a core objective: transforming agricultural by-products into value-added products in support of sustainable agriculture.
This collaboration aims to build a circular agriculture model, where by-products are viewed as part of the solution for sustainable development rather than a burden on the environment.
Unifarm, a high-tech agriculture company under the U&I Group, develops large-scale banana cultivation models, most notably UNI126, a Panama disease-resistant banana variety now widely adopted across Vietnam’s banana industry.
