A sustainable ecosystem is not built on technology alone; it begins with connecting and developing the next generation of talent.Following previous working sessions, on May 8TH, 2026, VNF and the FTU – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (Phân hiệu Trường Đại học Ngoại thương tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh) jointly organized:
MOU SIGNING CEREMONY: to strengthen collaboration on internship programs, recruitment, real-world projects, exchange activities, and startup ecosystem development. The spirit of the partnership is to give students access to challenges that are genuinely “real – difficult – long-term”.
WORKSHOP: FROM BY-PRODUCTS TO GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS
Mr. Loc Phan (Chairman), Ms. An Nguyen (Chief Strategy Officer), and the VNF team shared the journey of developing solutions from shrimp by-products to a sustainable value chain.
The workshop also reflected a process in which young people from diverse disciplines come together to build an entirely new field. Throughout VNF’s development, the company has had the opportunity to work alongside talented alumni from FTU, and many of VNF’s core team members are themselves FTU graduates. This workshop was therefore a special occasion for many VNF members to return to their university.From university to the corporate environment, what matters most is not only knowledge, but also the ability to adapt, keep learning, and create value in a real working environment.
