YOUNG TEAMS. LONG NIGHTS. REAL WORK. | Behind the scenes
🌍 Right after the Lunar New Year, as activities resumed, the UNIDO (UNIDO – United Nations Industrial Development Organization) regional webinar “Upcycling Shrimp By-Products: Practical Solutions for a Circular Economy” quickly drew strong interest, attracting participants from multiple countries.
Sign-ups soon exceeded the initial hosting capacity of 500 attendees, bringing added pressure and higher expectations. In response, the VNF team adjusted the setup and opened an additional YouTube stream to accommodate the demand.
📌 From the start, VNF set a clear direction: a webinar only matters when it solves practical problems – not just shares information.
🤝 To deliver on that, VNF aligned content with execution.
Each part of the session was reviewed to stay close to industry needs, with collaboration across Strategy, Project, Sales, R&D, IT, and Marketing.
Over two weeks of preparation, working sessions and rehearsals ran continuously into late hours. Presentations were refined right up to the last minute to ensure a polished delivery. In parallel, backend operations were coordinated to keep everything running smoothly.
🎯 Despite moments of fatigue, the team stayed focused on every detail – a young group in their 20s and 30s, working with positive energy (and fueled by bubble tea and fried bananas 🧋🍌), while meeting the standards of a UNIDO-supported initiative.
In the end, strong engagement and active discussions from participants became the clearest validation, showing that the effort translated into tangible outcomes.
🚀 Ultimately, a webinar is defined not by its scale, but by the quality of exchanges it enables.
🙏 VNF sincerely thanks UNIDO, our speakers and experts, and AI Leaders (AI Leaders Vietnam – the first AI Agency in Vietnam) for supporting the development of the platform.
Behind every “stage” is the work you don’t see – and that’s where everything begins.
