Vietnam Food’s participation and success at the 2023 Global Shrimp Summit: Pioneering Innovation & Sustainability

We are thrilled to share our incredible experience at the 2023 Global Shrimp Summit, where Vietnam Food participated in and shared our innovation solutions and sustainability objectives in the world of shrimp production! 🌎🍤

🎤 Our Chairman, Mr. Loc Phan, was an invited speaker for 2 sessions at the 2023 Global Shrimp Summit – the Innovation Session and the Investment Session. His presentation in the Innovation Session received positive feedback from the audience as he shared our sustainable approach to upcycle shrimp co-products into high-value products. As a result our presentation was voted the most innovative solution (based on 3 criteria in terms of commercial impact, cost/ benefit, and sustainability) among 5 remarkable proposals presented by leading companies from Ecuador, India, Denmark, Germany, and Vietnam. 🌟 Our innovation was ranked #1 with an impressive 42% of the total votes! 🗳️🚀

🏭 Our commitment to sustainability and advanced practices was further showcased during the Ca Mau excursion trip. Vietnam Foods factory in Ca Mau proudly stood as one of 5 destinations for the 2023 Global Shrimp Summit delegates. 🏭🌱 Of the 70 participants, an awe-inspiring 50 delegates hailing from 11 different countries had the opportunity to visit our factory and witness our biotechnological approach with zero-waste production mindset. The delegates were presented with our diversified product portfolio of more than 80 different products, all derived from shrimp by-products. 🌍🔬
