In 2025, innovation and digital transformation have continued to demonstrate that they are no longer optional but have become practical requirements for many businesses seeking growth and stronger competitiveness.

At the Annual Review Conference hosted by the Ca Mau Provincial People’s Committee, Vietnam Food Joint Stock Company (VNF) was invited to share its journey of innovation and digital transformation through the presentation “Innovation and Digital Transformation at VNF.”

For VNF, this journey began with a very specific question:
How can shrimp by-products no longer be waste but become resources instead?

From this challenge, the company has gradually identified an appropriate direction, focusing on unlocking the value of by-products not only from an economic perspective, but also in terms of environmental and social value.

At VNF, innovation is not viewed as a slogan, but as a process closely connected to production realities, people, science – technology, and digital transformation. This approach has helped the company gradually develop solutions aligned with the green economy and circular economy.

On this occasion, VNF would like to express its sincere appreciation to the Ca Mau Provincial People’s Committee for creating the opportunity to share practical experiences and perspectives, while strengthening connections and exchanges with relevant organizations.

VNF believes that when innovation originates from real business needs and practical realities, Vietnamese enterprises can create sustainable value and make positive contributions to overall development.
