Recently, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Thông, a VNF member and alumnus of FTU, returned to his university to share his journey: from his internship days at VNF, to his study in Europe, and then his choice to come back to Vietnam and continue accompanying VNF.For VNF, stories like this always carry special meaning. We believe that investing in people is the foundation of sustainable development. Each opportunity for learning, experience and growth not only creates value for individuals, but also contributes to building the company and society.
In fields centered on science and technology, people are always the decisive factor. New ideas, improvements in production and the value created for customers all begin with the knowledge, creativity and constant self-improvement of the team.Over the years, VNF has accompanied many generations of employees on their career development journeys. Many have continued their studies at top universities worldwide, including institutions in the Ivy League; many others have built their careers at major organizations and enterprises in Vietnam and abroad. These are proof of the value VNF pursues: creating conditions for each individual to expand capabilities, gain experience and be ready for greater opportunities.
Alongside professional development, VNF always encourages members to share experience, spread knowledge and support the young.
