“What you seek is seeking you.” – RumiThis quote by the great Turkish poet seems to have predicted the fortunate encounter between VNF and Ribarus.
VNF was looking for a reputable partner in Europe, while Ribarus aimed to bring VNF’s valuable products including Shrimp Peptide, Chitosan, Astaxanthin to the aquaculture industry in Turkey.
During their 5-day visit to Vietnam, Mr. Baris Yucel – Managing Partner and Mr. Cenk Arzuman – Business Owner devoted their entire time to VNF, demonstrating a strong commitment to the strategic partnership. Building on years of collaboration and mutual trust, the two parties officially signed the strategic distribution agreement for the Turkish market during the visit, on August 23, 2025.
What remained from the visit was not just the distribution agreement, but the profound conversations with Mr. Baris Yucel – a true “wise man”. With his extensive knowledge, multidisciplinary experience spanning healthcare, aquaculture, and additives, and a passion for books and history, he inspired the young VNF team on life philosophy and work experience, sharing invaluable lessons:

Outside of work, Mr. Baris and Mr. Cenk, together with the VNF team, enjoyed exploring the cultural and historical landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City, deepening their connection with and understanding of Vietnam and its people
