🤝 VNF & VNU-HCM: CONNECTING FOR THE FUTURE OF THE AGRICULTURAL BY-PRODUCTS INDUSTRY ♻️

📅 On the morning of January 12, 2026, VNF had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Vietnam National University, HCMC (VNU-HCM), led by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai – President of VNU-HCM, together with Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Nhan – Vice President of the University of Science, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Quoc Bang – Head of the Department of External Relations and Project Development, and experts in the fields of Chemistry, Agriculture, and Food Technology.
The meeting opened a direction for cooperation, grounded in a shared objective: to build and develop the agricultural by-products industry in Vietnam.

🎓 With more than three decades of development, VNU-HCM has affirmed its position as one of Vietnam’s leading centres for education and research, serving as a hub of knowledge, creativity, and innovation. According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, from 2025 onward, research activities at VNU-HCM will be further strengthened through closer linkages with enterprises and local authorities, with the aim of generating practical and applicable value.

🎯 Sharing a common vision, VNF and VNU-HCM regard agricultural by-products as a resource with significant potential, capable of creating long-term added value through the application of science and technology. The two sides are oriented toward a comprehensive and sustainable cooperation model that connects research – training – innovation. VNU-HCM contributes its strengths in research capacity and scientific infrastructure, while VNF plays a bridging role in translating research outcomes into practical applications and market-oriented solutions.

💙 We believe that Vietnam’s agricultural by-products industry can achieve strong and sustainable development when science and technology are placed at the core and closely linked with enterprises.

🌱 VNF sincerely thanks VNU-HCM for the meaningful working session, which laid the groundwork for a strategic, effective, and sustainable partnership between the two parties.
