🚀 On October 31, 2024, IPSC, VNF and NaviWorld kicked off the Dynamic 365 Sales project – marking an important step in VNF’s digital transformation journey. This project is part of USAID IPSC’s Pioneer Business Support Program to improve the competitiveness of Vietnam’s private sector.
💡 Dynamic 365 Sales, developed by Microsoft, is considered one of the world’s leading CRM (customer relationship management) software. In particular, Dynamic 365 Sales also integrates many automation, data analysis and AI features, promising to help VNF:
1️⃣ Manage processes & increase team collaboration and sales efficiency
2️⃣ Manage & personalize customer relationships
3️⃣ Revenue forecasting & data analysis
4️⃣ Data security & flexible integrations
