JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be assigned to work as a strategy analyst in VNF. Specifically, you will work for the “Strategy department” which consists of typically 4-6 people. Typical tasks include:
- FINANCE (STRONG FOCUS)
- Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Analysis/Report
- Create Financial Models and Projections to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct Pitching, Valuation, Due diligence for Investors
- GRANT & FUNDING APPLICATION
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities
- Develop grant proposals to effectively communicate the business model
- Deliver pitches/presentations to demonstrate the business potential & impact
- STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- Stay updated on market trends and changes, scan relevant industries, and stakeholders for potential collaboration opportunities
- Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies
- OTHER AD-HOC TASKS BY REQUESTS (e.g.,sharing & training, data processing & report…)
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with Finance or Business majors
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS of relevant experiences, preferably with strong Strategy/ Finance/Audit/ Project Management background. Experience in financial analysis and modelling
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (Fluency in English is a must)
- SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, teamwork with high responsibility and adaptability
- Active listening, self-containing, self-learning and proactive
